an exhibition to unpack the personal mythology of Joseph Beuys, whilst asking: How can one put together an exhibit without access to proper ‘art’? What is curatorial authorship? What are the problematics of single-artist retrospectives? The checklist included ephemera reproductions, taxidermy, and time-based media such as a video by defunct French collective Bad Beuys Entertainment. A video accompaniment was screened in Quebec City.
